Privacy Policy

SimVive collects the information you submit through our pilot application (name, email, program, role, and what you tell us about your class) and basic usage analytics for this website. We use it to respond to your application, run the pilot, and improve SimVive. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure.

During a classroom pilot, instructors control their roster. Student performance data exists to power the student’s own results and the instructor’s cohort view. We treat education records in line with FERPA and will sign a data privacy agreement with your institution on request.
